I must mention how impressed I have always been with Greg’s people. On this most recent visit he was at lunch, but his folks went out of their way to welcome and help me. They asked what I needed, showed me stuff, introduced me to a gent in the shop who actually does the conversions, offered to drag Greg back from lunch, etc.
I sensed a genuine enthusiasm and pride, as well as a customer service ethic which is not often encountered in today’s business environment. You’ve got some great people there who represent you extremely well; obviously Greg’s leadership sets a rare tone of teamwork and mission. It was wonderful to experience.
